What is Jesus Law?

Jesus Law is the art by which the Son, in His faithfulness and obedience to His Father, applied and innovated the way, the truth and the life of God, to become the full stature of Christ.

All believers and disciples of Jesus Christ are under the New Covenant. We are the beneficiaries of the Covenant for the Forgiveness of Sin when we repent and believe in the Name of Jesus, the Son of God. Therefore, the only body of law we are to obey fully is the Law of Jesus, which is comprised of the commands, regulations and decrees directly spoken by Jesus as is written and recorded in the four gospels, Acts 1 and the book of Revelation.

Believers and disciples of Jesus Christ have no right to follow and obey any other body of law as their primary law, including the Law of Moses under the old covenant. The book explains the reasons in detail.

For a believer or disciple of Jesus Christ, the principal command is the direct command of God the Father to the disciples of His Son Jesus; that which the Father commanded the disciples, Peter, James and John, on the Mount of Transfiguration: “This is My Son, whom I love; with Him I am well pleased. Listen to Him!” (Matthew 17.5, Mark 9.7 and Luke 9.35)

If we do not listen to Jesus at the standard to which we are called, how would we come to obey the Law of Jesus?

If we ourselves do not obey the Law of Jesus and practise His words by holding onto His teachings, what right have we to preach the Good News to all Creation, make disciples of all nations, baptise them in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teach them everything Jesus has commanded us?

And if we do not obey the Law of Jesus, how then would we ever come to understand and honour Jesus Law, which is the law of Christ Himself?

This book Jesus Law! is written for the church of Jesus Christ to bring her into correction by restoring the Father’s command to disciples to listen to Jesus, and Jesus’ command to the church to hear and understand what the Holy Spirit is saying to them, so that those whose hearts are opened and have ears to listen may learn to prepare the Body of Christ for Jesus’ soon arrival and His coronation in Jerusalem as King on Earth.
